Use the direct listening link from your email on a button, text link, or the supplied badge image. No embedded player is needed. Keep the complete link exactly as provided.

Choose your platform. Labels may vary by editor version and plan.
Squarespace +
- Edit the page and add a Code block where you want the player.
- Choose HTML mode and paste your personalized embed code. Keep “Display Source” off.
- Save and view the page outside the editor. Adjust the block width if needed.
- Check desktop and mobile before publishing.
Iframe code requires a plan that supports it; Squarespace currently lists Core, Plus, and Advanced.

- Open your page in the block editor and add a Custom HTML block.
- Paste your personalized code into the HTML field.
- Preview the page, then update or publish it.
- Check both phone and desktop views.
Your account must be allowed to use iframes. WordPress.com plan restrictions and self-hosted WordPress permissions can affect this. If code is removed, use your listening link or ask your website administrator.

- In Wix Editor, open Add Elements → Embed Code → Embed HTML.
- Choose the code option and paste the personalized embed code.
- Resize the embed container to show the full player without clipping.
- Open the mobile editor, check the container size there too, and preview before publishing.
In Wix Studio, look for the Embed code or HTML iframe element. Use the HTTPS links supplied by Promonials.

- Find your builder’s HTML, code, or embed component—or open your page’s HTML.
- Paste the personalized embed code into the place where the player should appear.
- Keep the player ID and source URL intact. Change the maximum width only if needed.
- Preview on desktop and mobile, then publish.
If your platform does not allow iframes, add a button or text link using your direct listening URL. Your developer can help with security policies that restrict embedded content.

Use an HTML or code block, not a normal text block. Turn off any “display source” setting.
The player is cut off or too wide
Keep width at 100%, lower the maximum width, and check the surrounding block’s padding. In Wix, adjust the embed container in both desktop and mobile views. Restore the supplied height if controls are clipped.
The player is blank or silent
Check the live page outside your editor, confirm that you pasted your personalized code rather than this example, and click play—audio does not autoplay. Check that your subscription is active, then contact us if it still doesn’t work.
